Staff were exceptional, wi-fi was excellent, and I loved its perfect location just next door to restaurants that stay open late and the bus stop and a residential area. Food was outstanding - plenty of options.

No words to describe how I liked stuff and location. The beds where quiet, I slept well. There also was easy free parking and covered pool. At 0.5 km distance from the airport.

Prime location, generous breakfast and helpful staff. Restaurants and bars were near the place. Fantastic views and lovely garden. By the way, I paid extra gbp 9 per day to park my car...

very relaxing experience there. the lobby was good, i loved it. you could walk to the markets and shops. took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the hotel.

This place is cheap, great value. We think it's a handy base for staying in Palma de Mallorca. All employees were FRIENDLY. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Plenty of food served in the restaurant for breakfast, it was large.
